Re: Marines This is off topic for the server post, but appropriate to the other parts of the thread.
There was a little girl leaning over the fence by the lion cage this fall. She leaned a little too far and a big male lion jumped up and grabbed her by the jacket! A quick thinking biker jumped off of his bike, ran over and simultaneously punched the lion right in the nose and grabbed the little girl, thus saving her life.
The little girls parents were enormously happy an thanked the man. Then a reporter from the New York Times approached the man congratulated him on his feat of bravery. The reporter asked what the man was thinking? He could have been hurt seriously. The biker replied that he simply saw that he could make a difference so he acted. The reporter was impressed and asked if he could interview the biker for an article to be published on the from page of the NYT. So the reporter asked the biker about his background. The biker replied that he was a Marine and a republican.
The next morning the biker picked up a copy of the the NYT to look for the article. Sure enough he found it on the front page. The headline read; "MARINE ATTACKS AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND STEALS HIS LUNCH"!
